The main purpose of the company is to promote the Auction Method of selling as the primary vehicle in which to convert assets into available capital.
Investor Realty & Auction Group, LLC works with both residential and commercial clients. We operate as a Licensed Auctioneer (#AU3595), offering our clients alternatives to buying and selling property through the Auction process.
We work with sellers to determine their selling objectives and provide our expertise in helping to estimate market value, create an intensive sales campaign and identify other financial issues to ensure we are doing everything possible to sell our client’s property for the highest possible value. Our auction team has auctioned thousands of properties throughout the state, including individual, developers, government and REO properties for over 3 decades.

A resident of Miami since 1989 and native of Florida, Troy first obtained his Florida real estate license in 1978. He worked with his family's real estate company for several years both in sales and as an investor. He operates as a Licensed Auctioneer. In addition to managing & conducting Auctions, Troy actively participates in developing and growing the Auction business. He is a member of the Florida Association of Auctioneers (FAA), National Association of Auctioneers (NAA) and earned his diploma in Call Bidding from the Worldwide Academy of Auctioneers. Mr. Fowler has been awarded the distinguished AARE designation. AARE auctioneers currently represent less than 1% of all auctioneers in North America(less than 400) AARE auctioneers have enhanced knowledge in all pertinent areas, such as real estate auction marketing techniques, financial/investment analysis, tax implications, cash flow analysis and other key factors when making decisions regarding buying or selling property using the auction method.
His extensive real estate experience coupled with his corporate background also includes working with leading financial institutions globally for over 15 years. Mr. Fowler worked in a sales and consulting capacity to provide training that helped his clients improve sales performance and enabled them to develop strategic client relationships. His clients included Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, BNP Paribas, Bank of Montreal, JP Morgan, Barclay's Capital, UBS (Private Wealth), Credit Suisse - First Boston (CSFB), Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, National Australia Bank, Deutsche Bank and many others. He developed strong client relationships in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific Region.
Troy’s strong business background as a Licensed Auctioneer (#AU3595) and Broker, combined with his skills and knowledge of the Florida real estate market make him an excellent choice to work with when seeking maximum results through the auction process.
Troy is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Business. He has also completed post graduate studies at NYU.
James Buzzella is an accomplished Auctioneer with extensive knowledge and he has over 25 years experience in the Auction industry and held the title of as “Florida State Auctioneer Champion in 1997”. Mr. Buzzella also teaches the accredited preparatory Auction Program at Miami Dade College. His primary goal is to promote the Auction method of marketing as the key vehicle to convert real estate assets into available capital.
Mr. Fedele has been active in the Auction Business for over a decade. He has performed over 2,000 Auctions that have included real estate as well as business liquidations. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Fritz Fedele currently serves as the Director and President of the Florida Auctioneer Academy, an accredited preparatory course for becoming a licensed Auctioneer. Mr. Fedele is in the process of working together with a television network to host an Auction TV program that will air in 2008.
Francine M. Engels is a residential sale specialist. She focuses on both international and domestic clients who are seeking to purchase or sale real estate in South Florida.
Francine has been active in Real Estate since 1989. She became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1994. She is the Founder and President of Immo South Realty, Inc. Company, which was incorporated in 1994. Ms. Engels has specialized in the sale of income properties as well as residential for numerous years.
She is also active with Investor Realty & Auction Group specializing in working with buyers and sellers utilizing the auction process. Ms. Engels is fluent in French.
Jo Wilder has been an active Licensed Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. She is also a Licensed Mortgage Broker. Ms. Wilder came from a background of real estate entrepreneurs. Her family has owned seven commercial real estate offices, three of which she has managed. She is currently a partner in Immo South Realty, Inc.
She is also active with Investor Realty & Auction Group specializing in the facilitation of the auction process. Ms. Wilder is a Miami native and a graduate of the University of Miami.
Lance A.Geller, Esq., is Principal Partner of Lance A.Geller, P.A. and a Partner in Premium Trust Title, LLC. Lance has 12 years of experience representing clients in residential and commercial property transactions. Lance has acted as title agent and counsel to individuals and international and domestic corporate clients in the purchase and sale of real property. Mr. Geller’s focus in real estate law and understanding of the real estate auction industry allows him to provide extensive knowledge of the sale of real estate through the auction process.
Lance attended Dartmouth College, where he earned his B.A. He also attended University of Miami to gain his M.B.A in Finance/International Business as well as the graduating from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a native of Florida. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Kirk Raeside is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with Investor Realty & Auction Group. Her responsibilities include assisting the firm with traditional listings and working with buyers and sellers to execute deals.
Since moving to Miami from New York, she has focused on all facets of real estate including sales, property management, property investment and the purchase and sale of real estate. Deirdre has an in- depth understanding of the real estate market. Her excellent communication skills and knowledge of the business is a great asset to buyers and sellers alike.
David Camacho is responsible for the implementation procedures that are a critical part of the auction process. His duties include all aspects of pre-auction planning, coordination as well as overseeing the sales marketing campaign that occurs with each auction. David is actively involved in all aspects of the auction process, from the signing of the contract to the closing of the transaction.
David attended the University Paris XII. He earned his degree in History. He is fluent in French and Spanish.
Jonathan is responsible for the Marketing efforts for Investor Realty & Auction Group. He works closely with our team to effectively implement Marketing initiatives that help to increase our firm’s exposure in the marketplace. Mr. Martinez also assists in preparation and implementation procedures for each Auction.
He is fluent in Spanish.
